Change can often bring a mix of emotions—starting with denial, followed by resistance, then exploration, and ultimately acceptance. It’s a natural journey that many individuals and groups experience.
However, during this recent period of leadership transition, I’ve witnessed something truly remarkable in our club. Our members have shown a strong sense of capability, actively engaging in discussions, seeking clarification, and offering thoughtful suggestions.
I’m especially grateful—and proud—to say that not a single member displayed resistance or negativity. This speaks volumes about the strength, unity, and positive culture we’ve built together. Thank you all for your continued support and commitment to our shared goals.

Supporting 55 hungry volunteers at Gardiners Creek Biodiversity Project with Kooyong Koot Alliance. Around 2000 indigenous seedlings planted and weed removal effected beside the creek for International Tree Planting Day. Sounds hungry work!
Well done to our BBQ support team!
Another great morning helping to Address Classroom Hunger through funding, preparing and delivering 150 cheese sandwiches to seven requesting local schools, for students, who for whatever reason, don’t have lunch.
Our thanks to Forest Hill Chase for hosting us, and our passing new friend, who bought us a tub of spread and some chocolates!
